Agent Awards

Agent Awards

Welcome to the International Student Recruitment team's webpage for the 2022 Agent Awards.

Here at Royal Holloway, University of London, we work with an abundance of agents across the world. These agents may have several counsellors who help thousands of students to realise their dreams and study with us. We want to host an awards ceremony in autumn 2022 to celebrate the achievements of these agents.

Key information

We will be accepting nominations from individual counsellors at an agency who can nominate a colleague.

The nomination form revolves around helping students on their journey to study at Royal Holloway. It focuses on:

Award Details:

There will be two agent award categories for the Royal Holloway Agent Awards 2022:

  • Royal Holloway Agent of the Year 2022
  • Royal Holloway Agent Counsellor of the Year 2022

There will be four ranks for the winners of awards. “Good” will be recognised for any nomination that is put forward by agent or student and will recognise that agent or counsellor’s work. “Excellent” will be given to a maximum of five agents and will demonstrate that the counsellor or agent has done something noteworthy in their work. There will be a maximum of three “Outstanding” awards given out for recognition of exceptional work done by counsellors or agents. Finally, there will be one “Winner” award where the nomination shows that the agent or counsellor has gone above and beyond their job to help a student in their application process.

The award ceremony will take place virtually on 21st September, where Royal Holloway staff will announce the winners.

We will also notify all winners of their award by email. Winners of the “Good” and “Excellent” ranks will be sent a certificate and “Outstanding” and “Winner” will be sent physical trophies. All successful nominees will be sent a branded kite-mark which can be used by agents in whichever way they would like, e.g. on the website.

Any prizes will be sent out within a month of the awards ceremony.

As a team, we work on a daily basis with agents all over the world who do a fantastic job at answering student enquiries, and helping students to gain a place at Royal Holloway.

We want to celebrate these achievements and recognise the incredible efforts of the agents that we work with.

Nominations are now open and the awards ceremony will be held in autumn 2022. Dates are yet to be finalised.
