Concerts at Royal Holloway

The Choir of Royal Holloway are delighted to be joined by the Stanford Chamber Chorale as part of their UK tour.

This is a rare opportunity to experience two of the world’s finest university choirs performing together. Like the Choir of Royal Holloway, the Chamber Chorale is Stanford University’s most select choir, drawn from undergraduate and postgraduate students.

The programme will feature a mixture of English and American choral music. Highlights include the two choirs singing Agnus Dei, Samuel Barber’s choral arrangement of his iconic Adagio for Strings, and William Harris’ Bring us, O Lord God.

The concert will be followed by a reception for all guests, celebrating the transatlantic relationship between the two universities forged through performance.
