We will be joined for this session of Economics@Work by Royal Holloway Economics alumna and Schwarzman Scholar Dunola Oladapo
This event will be taking place in the Horton Building in HLT2. Dunola will be speaking to us about the lessons she has learnt during her journey since graduating with her first class BSc in Economics in 2016. Her activities have been extremely wide ranging, and include:
- Working full time in FX at Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs;
- Involvement with national and international advocacy, focusing on young people and women's empowerment;
- Participation in international diplomacy by engaging with several NGOs and national governments in Germany, Italy, Saudi Arabia and Lithuania;
- The creation of her own organisation: Luton Lights;
- Selection for the Schwarzman Scholarship, a prestigious graduate fellowship at Tsinghua University, Beijing.
