Your money in the age of AI: A talk for young people aged 17 to 19

The session aims to help young people navigate financial decisions in an increasingly digital world. It will cover everyday and in-app spending, "buy now, pay later" services, student finance, and how to recognise misleading financial advice and online scams. It will be interactive, informal, and require no prior financial knowledge. The talk will be delivered by Will Matcham, a Royal Holloway lecturer, alongside Morgaine Conway-Grim, a Royal Holloway alumna and Founder of Hawks & Doves, a financial education company.
