Venue Details

The Techne January Congress 2026 is being hosted by the University of Surrey at their Stag Hill Campus in Guildford. 

On Day 1, the Registration Desk will be in the Ivy Arts Centre. On Day 2, the Registration Desk will be in the Foyer of the Teaching Block. Attendees are required to proceed to the Registration Desk each day to check in with the Techne Team and confirm their attendance. 

How to get to Stag Hill Campus

Address: Stag Hill Court, 388 Perimeter Road, Guildford, GU2 7XH

Guildford is on the main line between London Waterloo and Portsmouth. Half-hourly train services run from Guildford to Waterloo, with journey times of around 40 minutes.

From the Train Station, you can either walk for around 10/15 minutes (following Google Maps) or take either the number 1 or 17 bus which runs between the station and various university locations.

Please be aware that we are unable to offer on-campus parking to attendees, and therefore strongly encourage you to travel to the campus via public transport.
